Drew McIntyre took to X (formerly Twitter) to share a fun photo with his Highlander costar Russell Crowe. He wrote in the caption, “Gladiator x Warrior. @russellcrowe.” In the picture, the duo is seen posing in the gym wearing black T-shirts.
They flex their biceps, proving their exceptional hold on fitness. Netizens shared their reactions, with one saying, “I’m OK…It’s just my favorite wrestler and one of my favorite actors working out together…”

McIntyre and Crowe will be seen together in the upcoming historical action drama, The Last Druid. The film is directed by William Eubank with a script written by Carlyle Eubank, Phil Gawthorne, and William Eubank.

The film focuses on a Roman Emperor who finds out about a secluded Druid stronghold in the mountains of Caledonia. As such, a Celtic elder played by Crowe needs to take up arms for the protection of his loved ones from the invasion of the Roman army. Besides Crowe and McIntyre, the film features Rose Leslie, Andreas Pietschmann, and Daniel Zovatto among others in important roles.
