Now preparations for setting up modern ‘Labor Service Facilitation Center’ in every district of Bihar are going on at a fast pace. Through these special centres, the benefits of government schemes will be made available to the workers of the state under one roof with great ease and transparency.

These centers will start in 33 new districts by December 2026

Let us tell you that apart from the state capital Patna, Labor Service Facilitation Centers are being successfully operated in Kaimur, Saran, Saharsa and Darbhanga. But now, after the special instructions of the Chief Minister, the ‘Labor Resources and Migrant Workers Welfare Department’ has prepared a complete proposal to establish similar useful centers in the remaining 33 new districts. The government aims to start all these new centers completely by December 2026, so that more and more workers present in every corner of Bihar can get the full benefit of government facilities at the local level.

At these newly opened labor service centers, workers are going to get many types of excellent services simultaneously. Here, full assistance will be provided to workers in making new online registration, renewal of old registration, gathering accurate information about various welfare schemes, applying and availing the same. Apart from this, through these centres, workers will also be made aware of all the public welfare schemes of the government, so that no eligible or poor beneficiary is deprived of timely government assistance.
