Department of some other minister, answer of someone else Akhilesh attacks BJP on NEET issue, calls press conference a failure

Akhilesh Yadav on JP Nadda: Samajwadi Party President Akhilesh Yadav has made a scathing attack on the press conference of Union Minister and BJP President JP Nadda amid NEET paper leak and student movement. He said that holding a press conference by another minister on an issue on which the Education Minister should have responded, raises questions on the seriousness of the government.

Akhilesh Yadav wrote on social media, ‘I have heard that the BJP government has hastily held a press conference on the youth movement. The department belongs to some other minister and the answer is given by some other minister. This shows how non-serious the BJP is about solving this issue and is making fun of the youth.” He further said that “The youth have declared this substanceless press conference a failure by giving it a zero mark.”

Demand for resignation of Education Minister continues

It is noteworthy that JP Nadda is the Union Health Minister, while the issue of NEET and paper leak is related to the Union Education Ministry. On this issue, the opposition is continuously demanding the resignation of Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan. The ‘Cockroach Janata Party’ is leading the student movement. (CJP) has also made it clear that their agitation will continue until Dharmendra Pradhan resigns.

Nadda said – the movement should not be politicized

During the press conference, JP Nadda said that the students’ movement should not be politicized. He alleged that Congress is trying to do politics on this issue. He said that the government is sensitive towards the interests of the students and is in favor of meaningful discussion on this topic.

Government ready for discussion in Parliament

JP Nadda said that the Central Government is fully ready for a detailed discussion on the issue of NEET and paper leak in the Parliament. He said, ‘The government is ready to discuss for as many hours as the opposition wants. We want a meaningful and detailed debate on this topic.” Meanwhile, protests by student organizations and the opposition continue over the paper leak issue and the demand for resignation of Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan still remains the major issue.
