In Parliament, Union Minister JP Nadda assured discussion on this topic (Paper Leak), but also accused the opposition of not mentioning the paper leak cases that took place in non-BJP ruled states.

Sharp reaction from the opposition

Responding to the Prime Minister’s statement, Rahul Gandhi said that the first demand of the students is to remove Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan from the post. He also demanded an apology from the students and action against those responsible for the violence that took place during the agitation.

Meanwhile, Trinamool Congress MP Sagarika Ghosh said that the discussion should take place only when the Education Minister resigns. On the other hand, DMK MPs demonstrated in the Parliament premises and reiterated their demand for abolition of NEET exam.

Investigation and legal action also intensified
