Delhi Government And Antony Road Transport Solutions Contract: Delhi Government’s contract with Antony Road Transport Solutions, responsibility for operating 840 electric buses.

New Delhi. Delhi Government has signed a contract with Antony Road Transport Solutions EV Pvt. Ltd. (ARTS EV Pvt. Ltd.) with the aim of promoting environment friendly public transport. Under this contract, 840 electric buses will be operated in the capital Delhi. This 12-year contract between Delhi Government and Antony Road Transport Solutions was sealed on Wednesday. Under this contract, 420 buses of 12-meter length and 420 buses of 9-meter length will be operated. To ease transportation on narrow roads and remote areas, 9-meter length buses will be run there. The project is part of the Central Government’s PM e-Drive scheme to move India towards clean, green and modern transportation.
