Big danger looms in Rajasthan! There will be heavy rain in the next 5 days, orange alert issued in 9 districts

Monsoon has once again become fully active in Rajasthan and the process of rain has started in many areas. Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department has issued a big warning saying that for the next four to five days, various districts of the state will see heavy to heavy rains. Considering the seriousness of the situation, the Meteorological Department has issued yellow alert at many places and orange alert for some specific districts and has also put forward its complete list. According to the Meteorological Center, there is a strong possibility of heavy rain in many parts of Jaipur, Ajmer, Kota, Bharatpur, Jodhpur, Udaipur and Bikaner divisions.

Where did it rain so much on Wednesday?

Talking about last Wednesday, clouds rained heavily in many areas of Rajasthan. The highest rainfall was recorded in Ajmer district, where 39.6 mm water fell. Apart from this, 24.5 mm rainfall was recorded in Dungarpur, 19.6 mm in Alwar, 14 mm in Sriganganagar, 13 mm in Dausa and 10.2 mm in Jaisalmer. Apart from these districts, light to moderate showers were recorded in many other parts of the state, which has provided a lot of relief to the people from the sultry heat.

Heaviest rain will occur in these places

According to the Meteorological Department, heavy rain has been predicted in many areas of Bharatpur, Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer and Bikaner divisions. There are chances of heavy rainfall at some specific places. Due to this heavy rain, people in low-lying and muddy areas may have to face the serious problem of water logging, for which the administration also seems to be fully prepared.

Orange alert issued in which 9 districts?

In view of the dangerous weather and possibility of heavy rain, the Meteorological Department has declared ‘Orange Alert’ in 9 districts of the state. These districts include Sriganganagar, Hanumangarh, Udaipur, Chittorgarh, Pratapgarh, Dungarpur, Salumber, Banswara and Nagaur. People have been advised to exercise special caution in these areas.

Shadow of yellow alert in 22 districts

Apart from Orange Alert, ‘Yellow Alert’ has been issued for 22 other districts of the state. These districts include Bikaner, Churu, Jhunjhunu, Bhilwara, Ajmer, Beawar, Didwana-Kuchaman, Jaipur, Sikar, Phalodi, Jodhpur, Pali, Rajsamand, Bharatpur, Dholpur, Dausa, Sawai Madhopur, Alwar, Kotputli-Behror, Deeg, Tonk and Khairthal-Tijara. Here too people have been warned to be careful.

What will be the speed of winds during rain?

The Meteorological Department has issued a warning not only about rain but also about strong winds. In places where there is warning of heavy rain, winds can blow at a speed of 40 to 50 kilometers per hour. At the same time, in areas where there is a possibility of moderate rain, the wind speed can be around 30 to 40 kilometers per hour. People have been advised to stay in safe places during bad weather.
