The meeting was represented by spokesperson Saurabh Das and Ashutosh Ranka on behalf of CJP.

It is said that the government has agreed to the demand of the agitators that the discussion should be held at a neutral place instead of a government office, and the Constitution Club of India was fixed as the venue. But the venue of the meeting was changed half an hour before the meeting. The meeting was held at Vitthalbhai Patel Hall instead of the Constitution Club of India.
