Manoj Muntashir sheds pain after 3 years of ‘Adipurush’ release: Said-"Writing those bad dialogues was the biggest mistake of my life, I apologize to the country."

Directed by Om Raut, this mythological film had to face huge public outcry and criticism across the country due to its weak VFX and especially its Tapori style ‘controversial dialogues’. Now, three years after the release of the film, its dialogue writer and famous lyricist Manoj Muntashir has for the first time accepted his mistake and expressed his pain openly. In a recent interview, Manoj Muntashir admitted that ‘Adipurush’ was the ‘biggest mistake’ of his career and life and even today when he looks back, he feels immense embarrassment and regret over that entire controversy. He said: Initial pride and realization: "Initially I did not take this controversy and people’s anger very seriously. It took me two days to understand the seriousness of this matter. But now I openly admit that ‘Adipurush’ was the biggest mistake of my life, and an even bigger mistake was to go on TV channels and absurdly defend that film."

Apologized to the country: The writer further said, "I am extremely ashamed of whatever happened regarding the film and the way it hurt the sentiments of the country. I bow my head and apologize to the entire country for this."
