CO Obara conducted surprise inspection of outpost Chanchikala and Ranidih, gave necessary guidelines

On Saturday, 25.07.2026, a surprise inspection of outpost Chanchikala and outpost Ranidih under Kon police station was conducted by Area Officer Obra Prabhat Rai. During the inspection, a thorough inspection of the post office, records, warehouse, lockup, armory, barracks, canteen, cleanliness and other arrangements was done. Necessary guidelines were given for systematic maintenance of records and review of office work.

The police personnel present at the post were instructed to strengthen law and order as per the priorities of the government, to keep effective control on crime and criminals, to dispose of pending applications and investigations in a quality and timely manner, to keep beat policing active and to behave politely and sensitively with the general public.

Apart from this, instructions were also given for cleanliness of the post premises, regular updating of records, making night patrolling effective and intensive checking of suspicious persons and vehicles.
