Jürgen Klopp has made history wherever he has gone as a coach. We crunch the most impressive numbers behind the career of the former Liverpool, Borussia Dortmund and Mainz coach, who is now in charge of Germany and hoping to inspire them back to success.

1 – Klopp led Mainz into the Bundesliga for the first time in 2004 in his first coaching job, laying the foundations for the club to be the top-flight regulars they are today.

2 – He led Dortmund to back-to-back Bundesliga titles in 2011 and 2012, making them a force in German football again, having taken charge of the Black and Yellows when they were in 13th place in 2007/08.
