The interesting thing about which is that the cost of creating AI Influencer which used to cost Rs 3.6 crore in 2022, has now come down to around Rs 26 lakh. At the same time, due to low cost and 24’7 availability, companies are rapidly adopting this technology. At the same time, Indian companies are also doing new experiments with AI Influencers. In which Lenskart has created an AI based digital band named Astro Iris considering the popularity of K-pop. It has four virtual members whose videos are created with the help of AI tools like Midjourney and Runway. Myntra has created an AI fashion stylist named Maya who can recommend products from more than 6,000 brands and is capable of giving advice on more than 21 lakh fashion combinations.

Some time ago, Kyra is considered to be India’s first popular AI Influencer who has worked with brands like Nykaa, Puma, boAt, Realme and Amazon. She was also featured on Shark Tank India and has 2.3 lakh followers on Instagram. Naina Avtr is called India’s first AI superstar. He has done campaigns for brands like Oppo and Kotak Mahindra Bank. Radhika is India’s first multilingual AI Influencer known for travel content. Talking about the world, Lil Miquela has worked with big brands like Prada, BMW and Samsung while Lu do Magalu has more than 93 lakh followers on Instagram.

The report has revealed that 55% engagement rate has been recorded for AI Influencers in India, which is more than double the global average of 23%. There are around 500 AI Influencers active across the world, out of which 200 profiles are from India. The most important thing is that 90% of AI Influencer accounts in India have been created after 2023, which makes it clear that this trend can change the picture of digital marketing in the coming years.
