According to Sacknilk, Vijay’s film ‘Jana Nayakan’ earned Rs 42.70 crore on the opening day. However, on the second day, i.e. Friday, the film’s collection saw a decline of almost 50 percent and it earned only Rs 21.51 crore. But the film earned Rs 28.50 crore on the third day of its release i.e. Saturday.

Talking about the total collection of the film, it has so far earned Rs 92.35 crore at the box office. Very soon the film may join the Rs 100 crore club. The makers hope that the film can make huge earnings on Sunday.
