Apple Yogurt Parfait
If your child loves yogurt, this recipe is a great option. It’s very easy to make.
Ingredients
Apple – 1
Yogurt – 1 cup (thick)
Honey – 1 or 2 teaspoons
Chopped dried fruit
Granola or roasted oats
How to Make
Cut the apple into small pieces. Pour yogurt into a glass, then add the apple pieces. Top with granola or oats. Finally, serve with honey and dried fruit. Your children will surely love this.
Apple Oat Pancakes
If you want to give your child a healthy breakfast, apple oat pancakes are a great option.
Ingredients
Apple – 1 (grated)
Oat flour – 1 cup
Egg or milk – 1
Ghee – a little
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 teaspoon (optional)
How to Make
Mix all the ingredients and prepare a batter. Heat a pan and apply a little ghee. Pour the batter and fry until golden brown on both sides. Serve with honey or yogurt.
Apple Smoothie

Apple – 1

Jaggery powder or sugar – 1 or 2 teaspoons

Chopped pistachios and almonds
Method
Fry the apple in ghee, then add milk and let it thicken. Add cardamom powder and dried fruits. When it thickens, turn off the heat. Once cooled, add jaggery. Your apple kheer is ready.
