Salman Khan’s name has not been taken anywhere in this. There is no deepfake or artificial intelligence (AI) generated video in it. No one can have any exclusive right to show a story based on public events.

The lawyer on behalf of Salman said in the court that even though his name has not been used in the film, the actor’s identity and image have been clearly used. He told the court that out of the four cases registered against Salman Khan, he has already been acquitted in three, while in one case the sentence has been stayed. Despite this, he is being presented in the film in such a way that his image may be affected.
