Mahindra has released the first teaser of its upcoming Scorpio-N based pickup truck. Ahead of its official debut on August 14, several key details regarding the car's exterior and interior design have been revealed. The pick-up truck and the 'BE 6 Sporteq' will be the highlights of Mahindra's 5th 'Independence Day Showcase'.
Attractive design and features
As per the teaser, the pickup truck gets C-shaped LED tail lamps, large and bold Mahindra name on the tailgate, and U-shaped alloy wheels. The front gets a hexagonal grille with 'Twin Peaks' Mahindra logo, vertical LED project headlamps and slim LED daytime running lamps.

A glimpse of the Scorpio-N can also be seen in the cabin of the car. It will get the same touchscreen infotainment system as the Scorpio-N, digital instrument console, leatherette seats, automatic climate control and steering-mounted controls.
Direct competition with Toyota Hilux and Isuzu V-Cross
This product model has been developed based on the 'Global Pickup' concept introduced in 2023. This pickup is built on a ladder-frame (body-on-frame) platform. Engine and Performance
Mahindra's famous 2.2-litre mHawk diesel engine is highly likely to be available in this pickup truck. It will get 6-speed manual and 6-speed automatic gearbox options. Also, a 4-wheel drive system will be offered for off-roading.
The official name, engine capacity, size and payload capacity of this pickup truck will be revealed during its August 14 debut.
