Lenskart Q1 Results 2026: Lenskart's profit increased almost 3 times to ₹ 228 crore, tremendous growth of 43% in revenue.


The country's leading eyewear company Lenskart, which has made a strong presence in the stock market and business world, has released the financial results for the first quarter (Q1 FY27) of the current financial year 2026-27. Lenskart's June quarter results have been excellent, where the company has recorded a historic increase of almost three times in profit. Along with this, there has also been a strong jump in the company's total earnings and EBITDA. Apart from the excellent financial performance, the company's board has also approved many important decisions for expansion in international markets and for employees. Lenskart's net profit jumped by 270%. According to the data released by the company, in the first quarter of the current financial year, Lenskart's consolidated net profit has been recorded at around Rs 222 to 228 crore, with a bumper growth of about 270 percent on an annual basis. In the same quarter of the last financial year, the company's net profit was only Rs 60 crore. This tremendous increase in profits clearly shows that the financial position of the company is becoming very strong and its business model is expanding rapidly. Strong growth in revenue and EBITDA Even on the earnings front, Lenskart has not disappointed investors. The company's total revenue during Q1 has jumped by 43.3 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2,714.2 crore, compared to Rs 1,894.5 crore in the June quarter of last year. This means that within just one year there has been a huge increase in the company's earnings by about Rs 820 crore. Along with this, EBITDA reflecting operational performance also increased by 75.1 percent to Rs 588.5 crore, which was Rs 336.1 crore in the same quarter last year. The most important thing is that the company's EBITDA margin also improved to 21.7 percent from 17.7 percent last year, which shows better operational efficiency. International expansion and approval of subsidiaries Along with excellent financial results, the Board of Directors of Lenskart has taken several major strategic decisions to strengthen its hold in the global market. The Board has approved the proposal to acquire additional stake in Baofeng Framekart Technology Limited, which will be financed through a Singapore-based subsidiary. Apart from this, the company has also approved the formation of new step-down subsidiaries named 'OWNDAYS Korea' in South Korea and 'Wenzhou Framekart Trade Co., Ltd' in China. Green signal to ESOP for employees: Taking special care of its employees, the company has taken major decisions under the Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP). The Board has approved the proposal to allot 5,85,561 equity shares of face value of Rs 2 each to the employees, which will give the employees an opportunity to directly participate in the growth of the company.
