Sunny further said, 'After waking up in the morning, I work out, which gives me energy throughout the day. I do cardio and weight training myself. My goal is not to build a heavy body, but I just like to exercise and stay healthy. I exercise for about 1 to 2 hours every day.

To stay fit, people often stay away from fatty foods, but Sunny is fond of eating. He said, 'I think about dieting, but if there is samosa, ghee and paratha in front of me, I eat them. I look at my children and say that we used to eat a lot at their age.

According to the World Health Organization (WHO), a balanced diet should contain less than 10% sugar and less than 30% fat. Eat saturated fat instead of unsaturated fat. According to WHO guidelines, to reduce the risk of cardiovascular diseases, one should consume 400 grams of fruits and vegetables and less than 5 grams of salt.
