Between living in a walkable city, training for a marathon and occasionally opting for less-than-supportive shoes, it’s safe to say that I put my feet through a lot. A few years ago, I sought out a solution to the persistent pain.

The upper has openings throughout to provide breathability and airflow, making the shoes a great pick for hot summer days. Since they’re made from dense foam, they have become my go-to for a day at the pool if I need something waterproof with great traction.
Since I am in the midst of training for a marathon, I have become extra reliant on these shoes after long 20-mile runs—I notice that my recovery post-run feels quicker when I wear them directly after.
