Anyone who follows Diljit Dosanjh on Instagram knows that the singer-actor is a serious foodie. From trying local dishes during his travels to cooking up meals of his own, Diljit often gives fans a glimpse into his love for food. And when it comes to his foodie videos, there is one person who often joins him in them – his cook, whom he affectionately calls “dada”.
In his latest Instagram Stories update, Diljit once again gave fans a peek into his kitchen. The actor was filming his cook, who was busy chopping onions when Diljit decided to tease him about one of his most talked-about cooking skills.
Jokingly asking him, “Dada, are you making dosa? (Are you making dosa?)” Diljit waited for his response. His cook smiled and shook his head, making it clear that dosa was not on the menu. Those who have followed Diljit's food-related posts over the years would know that he has often said his cook cannot make dosas.

Diljit then asked him what he was preparing for the day's meal. His cook listed a rather wholesome spread – paneer, chicken, dal, rice and chapati. Diljit then turned the camera towards the gas stove, giving fans a quick look at the dishes being prepared.
A few days ago, Diljit Dosanjh gave fans a peek into his food-filled Japan trip with a new Instagram Reel titled “JATT IN JAPAN”. The singer-actor explored Tokyo ahead of his Europe tour, sampling local treats and enjoying the city's food scene. He captioned the video, “Before Europe Tour Shopping in Tokyo.” One of his stops was 7-Eleven, where he picked up a coffee and showed fans an onigiri, a Japanese rice ball wrapped in seaweed and often filled with ingredients such as tuna, salmon or vegetables. Diljit also stopped by Siva Coffee, where he enjoyed a Biscoff coffee topped with what appeared to be caramel drizzle. Click here to read the full story.
