National President of Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party (SBSP) and cabinet minister in the Yogi government, Omprakash Rajbhar (OP Rajbhar) has been in alliance with various parties from time to time. At present he is taking his political vehicle forward with BJP. He often hints that he will fight the 2027 assembly elections in alliance with BJP. He had contested the last assembly elections 2022 with Samajwadi Party. Rajbhar got 17 seats to contest in the SP alliance, out of which 6 MLAs of his party won and reached the assembly.
The upcoming assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh may be held as early as 2027. For this, OP Rajbhar is continuously going to the districts of Purvanchal and holding rallies. In these rallies, Rajbhar workers are holding conferences and booth level review meetings. Rajbhar held such a rally on August 9 in Atraulia assembly of Azamgarh. A crowd of about five thousand gathered in this rally.

At the same time, when there is a large crowd in the rallies, they start telling BJP that see, a huge crowd of people has gathered in our rally. Attempt to show strength to BJP leadership

Suheldev Bharatiya Samaj Party organized Social Harmony Maharally in Delhi on 7th August. This rally was organized by Ram Avtar Jindal, national president of SBSP's business cell. In this the minister had reached Rajbhar. Barely a thousand people were present in this meeting held at Talkatora Stadium in Delhi. But the party called it a mass gathering. This also meant that he wanted to show his strength in front of the BJP leadership of the crowd that came to this rally.
