India-UK Trade Deal: Now you can buy British luxury cars at lower prices, many high-end models become cheaper by up to ₹ 4 crore

Britain's famous luxury car manufacturing company Aston Martin has announced a huge reduction in the prices of its models in India. Benefitting customers, the company has reduced prices by up to ₹4.02 crore after the implementation of the India-UK Free Trade Agreement (FTA). With the new prices, many super-luxury cars from Aston Martin have become much cheaper than before, which will be a big benefit to luxury car buyers in India.

**Price reduction on all models**

Aston Martin has cut the prices of its popular models – Vantage, DB12, DBX and Vanquish. The company says that the benefit of low import duty is being passed directly to the customers. The biggest cut has been in the price of the Vanquish Volante; Earlier priced at ₹10.92 crore, it is now available for ₹6.90 crore – a huge reduction of ₹4.02 crore. At the same time, the price of Vanquish Coupe has been reduced by ₹ 3.71 crore. Additionally, the price of DBX S has been reduced by ₹2.65 crore and the price of DB12 S has been reduced by ₹2.64 crore.

**Entry-level models also became cheaper**

Aston Martin's cheapest sports cars – the Vantage S and Vantage S Roadster – have also seen a significant price drop. The Vantage S is now available for ₹3.15 crore, which marks a reduction of ₹1.84 crore. After a reduction of ₹1.91 crore, the Vantage S Roadster is now priced at ₹3.35 crore.

**Direct benefit from FTA**

After the implementation of India-UK FTA, import duty on various luxury cars imported from UK has been reduced, due to which companies have reduced the prices of their vehicles. Before Aston Martin, Jaguar Land Rover had cut the prices of Range Rover SV and Range Rover Sport SV. Following this, McLaren has cut the prices of its 750S range, and Bentley has also opened bookings for the new, lower-priced Bentayga.

**How will this benefit the customers?**
Such a significant price cut could make Aston Martin a more attractive option for super-luxury car buyers in India, and is expected to attract new customers to the company. Experts believe that after India-UK FTA, British car manufacturers will be able to compete more strongly in the Indian market. Lower prices could boost sales for these companies and strengthen their market share in India's fast-growing ultra-luxury car segment.
