The actor’s real-life antics at his wife Michelle’s family home have become a source of amusement, especially after a series of mishaps involving her Italian mother.
General Hospital’s Steve Burton keeps causing trouble at his mother-in-law’s house
Since General Hospital star Steve Burton and his wife Michelle got together, the couple has shared plenty of sweet moments on their official Instagram accounts. Recently, with a memorable outing in April with Burton’s new mother-in-law, fans have gotten a glimpse into their life together.
Now, Michelle’s mother is back in the spotlight after Burton seemingly caused not one, but three mishaps at her house. Michelle shared a series on Instagram titled “Things my husband broke at my Italian mom’s house.”
In the first video, Burton can be heard insisting, “I didn’t do this. That’s not me. This isn’t me. Somebody else broke this,” while holding the foot of a deer knick-knack. Michelle joked about Burton’s reaction.
However, it eventually became clear that Burton had not broken the deer’s leg after all. Instead, he was responsible for breaking only the tail. The second video continued the collection of mishaps at Michelle’s mother’s house, with Burton once again finding himself at the center of the damage, this time involving a moose knick-knack.
Her playful post showed that the incidents had quickly become a running joke between the couple. The third video added another mishap to the collection. The playful incident gives fans another glimpse at Burton and Michelle’s relationship away from the General Hospital set.
