  • Gram flour: 1 cup
  • Onion: 2 large (finely chopped)
  • Green chilli: 2 (finely chopped)
  • Green coriander: 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
  • Celery: ½ tsp
  • Turmeric powder: ¼ tsp
  • Red chilli powder: ½ tsp
  • salt as per taste
