Ingredients for Masala Paneer Oats
100 grams paneer, one cup oats, half cup mushrooms, chopped, one cup spinach, one onion chopped, 3–4 garlic cloves chopped, half tablespoon ghee, one and a half tablespoon chili flakes, 1 tablespoon soya sauce, salt as per taste, water as required.
How to make Masala Paneer Oats
Step 1: To make Masala Paneer Oats, firstly, heat half a tablespoon of ghee in a pan. Add mushrooms, garlic and chili flakes to it, fry it for about 2 minutes. After that, add chopped onion and spinach.
Step 2: Now fry for 3–4 minutes until the onions become soft and slightly caramelized. When the onion turns brown, add soy sauce, salt and water and cook until it boils.
