Actress and singer Myolie Wu and her family recently enjoyed their summer holiday in the Maldives, named the world’s second best island after Thailand’s Koh Samui at the 2026 Travel+Leisure awards.
On her Instagram account, which boasts over a million followers, Wu shared photos of her family enjoying the vacation, writing: “This is this year’s ‘secret hideaway’.”

She wore a striking blue dress in the photos, while her husband—businessman Philip Lee—and their three sons sported matching outfits of white shorts and floral shirts.
Her family rented a luxury resort in the Maldives, a collection of more than a thousand islands in the Indian Ocean and known for its clear waters and beautiful beaches.
The most ideal time to visit Maldives is during the summer, which runs from December to April. This is also the peak season when the weather is pleasant.
The Maldives received 1.23 million tourists during the first seven months of 2026, down 5.2% year-on-year, amid flight changes and rising travel costs.
Wu is a popular actress in Hong Kong. In 2011, she won Best Actress at the TVB Anniversary Awards for her role in the “Curse of the Royal Harem” drama series.
She began dating British-born Lee in 2014, and they married a year later.
