'Who gave the order to fire AK-47?'
Tejashwi Yadav raised the question as to which officer had given the order to open fire with AK-47 during the student movement. He asked how the AK-47 reached the accused jawan, from which unit or armory the weapon was issued and This Who gave the order to issue it?
According to Tejashwi, it was reported that three people were shot in Siwan, who were treated at Medanta Hospital in Patna. He demanded that the entire command chain related to the deployment and use of weapons be investigated and made public.
'Only the soldier is being made a scapegoat'-
The Leader of Opposition said that the entire matter cannot be ended by merely taking action against the accused constable. He questioned which unit the soldier was posted in and whether he was attached to the district police, SP's security, STF or any other special unit.
Tejashwi demanded to reveal the identity of the officer who gave permission for firing, to take action against Siwan SP and to make public the account of the cartridges used.
Attack on central and state government also-
Tejashwi Yadav also targeted the central and state governments, citing the statement given by Union Minister Kiren Rijiju in Parliament. He claimed that it was said that there was no firing in Parliament, whereas the Bihar government has accepted the firing in its affidavit.
Tejashwi alleged that the central and state governments are misleading the public on issues related to the student movement.
'Bihar has become the capital of paper leaks'-
Tejashwi Yadav cornered the government on unemployment and paper leak. He alleged that complaints of irregularities in competitive examinations are continuously coming to light in Bihar.
He questioned the government as to why the youth are not getting better education, employment and malpractice-free examinations in the 'New Bihar' that is talked about. Tejashwi also accused the government of patronizing corruption.
'Why is the Chief Minister silent on the shooting?'-
Tejashwi Yadav questioned the Chief Minister as to why there is silence till now on the alleged firing and why a judicial inquiry was not ordered. He said that mere transfer of Siwan SP is not enough, rather suspension action should be taken against him.
Tejashwi alleged that student leaders were being arrested to stop the Raj Bhavan march. He accused the government of using unfair means to suppress the movement.
At present, RJD leaders and workers under the leadership of Tejashwi Yadav are standing in front of the police barricades at Dak Bungalow intersection. Security arrangements have been tightened in the area regarding the march.
