In this regard, Gautam Buddha of Buddhism has given a very special lesson. Gautam Buddha told his followers that the cause of a person's suffering is desire and hope. When a person gives love, respect and honor to another person, he himself expects to receive love and respect in return. A person feels sad when this expectation is not fulfilled. For this reason, a major cause of suffering is desire and hope. To completely eliminate this desire and hope, Gautam Buddha has given 8 paths.
In Buddhism, inner peace is considered the ultimate happiness. Experts in Buddhism also believe that a person experiences true happiness only when there is peace in his life. This peace in life can be achieved only when a person lives his life on the right path.
