Why are the prices of gold and silver increasing?
Many market factors are being said to be behind the rise in gold and silver. The sharp fall in US treasury yields is also being considered important for precious metals. In the last trading session, a rise of about 4% was recorded in the price of gold.
Apart from this, the minutes of the US Federal Reserve Meeting held in July have also been released. It was revealed that some members of the Fed were in favor of increasing interest rates. The effect of uncertainty regarding interest rates and changes in US bond yields is visible on the Gold and Silver Market.
The ongoing tension between America and Iran is also affecting the Safe Haven Demand in the market. Along with this, due to continuing fluctuations in crude oil prices, investors are keeping an eye on gold and silver.
