Delhi Police yields to Rahul Gandhi! FIR registered in pellet gun case.

New Delhi. Delhi Police has registered an FIR against unknown persons in connection with the injury of a youth due to pellets from a pellet gun on July 20 during the 'Sansad Chalo' march in the national capital. An official source gave this information on Friday.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi staged a protest at the Sansad Marg police station demanding registration of an FIR in connection with the shrapnel injury of 19-year-old Sahil Lochab. Lochab Cockroach was reportedly injured by shrapnel during the Janata Party (CJP)-led protests.

Gandhi along with Lochab first went to Mandir Marg police station and demanded registration of FIR. When his demand was not met, he went to Sansad Marg police station and met New Delhi Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Sachin Sharma, after which he sat on strike.
