  • Paneer: 200 grams (grated)
  • Boiled Potatoes: 2 medium sized (mashed)
  • Green chilli: 1-2 (finely chopped)
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 tsp
  • Onion: 1 small (finely chopped)
  • Capsicum: 2 teaspoons (finely chopped)
  • Green Coriander: 2-3 tsp (finely chopped)
  • Garam masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala: 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Dry mango powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Salt: as per taste

For coating and shallow frying

  • Cornflour/Maida: 2 tbsp
  • Water: 3-4 spoons (to make slurry)
  • Bread Crumbs: 1 cup (to make cutlets crispy)
  • Oil: For shallow frying

Take grated cheese and mashed boiled potatoes in a large mixing bowl. Now add chopped onion, capsicum, green chilli, ginger-garlic paste and green coriander. After this, add garam masala, chaat masala, red chili powder, dry mango powder and salt as per taste and mix all the ingredients well so that a smooth dough is prepared.

Apply some oil on your hands. Take small portions of the prepared mixture and prepare cutlets in round, oval or heart shape as per your choice.

Mix cornflour and water in a small bowl and make a thin paste. Spread bread crumbs in a separate plate.
