Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann’s 15 year old son, Kroy ‘ KJ’ Jagger Biermann Junior has been allegedly arrested on the grounds of sexual crime. The incident which is said to have taken place back in April, recently surfaced in the media. According to the complaints, the episode allegedly took place in Life Time gym in Fulton County Georgia where Kroy was said to have assaulted a young girl. He was later allegedly arrested on August 17 and has been kept in custody since then.
What transpired between the victim and Kroy?
In her statement to the authorities, the victim has mentioned that Kroy had invited her to go to the co-ed sauna and allegedly started kissing her after grabbing her by her waist and butts. The entire episode happened without her consent and she was finally able to run away from him.
The victim (name withheld) has been identified as Kroy’s girlfriends’ best friend. Kroy’s attorney has been meticulous in presenting facts from their side including voicing that such serious accusations between juveniles should not be the subject of media scrutiny. He further mentioned that Kroy has denied all the allegations and had come forward for voluntary tests. Moreover, a crucial fact is that no male DNA evidence was found after the victim underwent her tests. Keeping these in mind, Kroy’s team has denied all allegations. In fact, they have mentioned that this could be revenge on the part of the victim since her earlier advances were rejected.
Kroy is the eldest son she shares with Biermann Senior. After learning about the whole issue, Kim has called it out as false accusations and a matter which is deeply unsettling in nature. She has also mentioned that such false accusations are moving especially with respect to real victims of sexual abuse. While she accepts that every accusation must be investigated, she is also of the opinion that no one should be condemned based on just accusations that have not yet been proven.
