Bihar News: In view of the increasing expansion and population pressure of Patna, the capital of Bihar Patliputra Greenfield Satellite Township Development Plan 2047 But the work is being carried forward. In this direction, a stakeholder consultation meeting was organized by the Urban Development and Housing Department on August 22 at the Urja Auditorium in Patna. The meeting was presided over by Urban Development and Housing Department Minister Nitish Mishra. It was attended by representatives from industry, banking, real estate, architecture and urban planning along with government officials.
Suggestions will also be taken from farmers and land owners
Instead of limiting the scheme only to the government level, the department has also invited suggestions and objections from the common people and different stakeholders. Minister Nitish Mishra said that for the success of the scheme, widespread public participation and constant communication is necessary.
In particular, direct talks will be held with the farmers and land owners whose land falls within the scope of the proposed township. Along with giving them information about the scheme, their suggestions and ideas will also be heard. The department says that efforts will be made to take the scheme forward keeping in mind their participation and consent.
