Lenskart Share Price: Deal of 4.5 crore shares in one go, shares slipped by 1.2%, know who sold and who bought.

Business Desk – Lenskart Share Price: Shares of Lenskart Solutions witnessed fluctuations after the block deal on Monday. About 4.5 crore shares were transacted in the block deal, which is equivalent to about 2.5% stake of the company.

The stock rose nearly 2% in early trade to reach a high of Rs 673.35 on BSE, but then declined. It fell by 1.2% to a low of Rs 653.20. Till now this information has not been officially revealed as to who sold and who bought these shares.

Discussion of selling stake in SoftBank

A CNBC-TV18 report on Saturday quoted sources as saying that SoftBank Vision Fund (SVF) II may sell up to 2.6% stake in Lightbulb Cayman Lenskart. According to the report, the floor price for the possible transaction could be Rs 635 per share.

Based on this price, it was said that shares worth about $300 million would be sold. According to the report, there may also be a lock-up period of 45 days on the party selling the shares to sell the remaining stake. However, the actual buyer and seller in the block deal are yet to be officially confirmed.

Who has how much stake in Lenskart?

Promoters' stake in Lenskart stood at 17.53% as of the end of June 2026 quarter, while public shareholders held 82.05%. According to available stock exchange data, SVF II Lightbulb (Cayman) Ltd held 9.86% stake in the company.

The stock has risen 50% this year

The market cap of Lenskart is more than Rs 1.14 lakh crore. The company had entered the stock market on 10 November 2025. Its IPO was worth around Rs 7,278.02 crore. The stock has given around 50% returns so far in 2026. Even in the last three months its price has increased by about 28%.

Recently Lenskart Solutions has been included in the MSCI India Index. Along with this, Laurus Labs, Adani Energy Solutions and Groww's parent company Billionbrains Garage Ventures have also got a place in the index.

Buy rating of 17 out of 21 analysts

Of the 21 analysts covering Lenskart, 17 have given the stock a Buy rating, 3 have Hold and one has a Sell rating. Jefferies has increased the target price to Rs 680 per share while maintaining Buy rating on Lenskart. The brokerage says that supply rather than demand remains the major hurdle for the company.

Citi has maintained Neutral rating with a target price of Rs 650. According to the brokerage, Lenskart's margins are benefiting from higher average selling prices, better product mix, in-house manufacturing and operating leverage.

HSBC's target of Rs 575

HSBC has also maintained Hold rating on Lenskart and kept the target price at Rs 575 per share. The brokerage has raised the company's EBITDA estimates for FY2027 and FY2028 by 6% and 5%, respectively. Citi expects Lenskart's growth momentum to remain strong in future also. It is expected to increase the number of stores and support customer acquisition.
