Accusing the government of breaking promises, youth will again take to the streets demanding withdrawal of FIR lodged against protesters and demanding justice.
CJP i.e. Cockroach Janata Party, which was in discussion among student and youth movements across the country, has once again announced a big movement in Delhi. After the national executive meeting of the organization, it was decided that a peaceful protest march will be taken out in New Delhi on 5 September 2026. The proposed march will start from India Gate and go to Delhi Police Headquarters.
CJP says that the assurances given by the government to the youth and protesters during the last movement have not been fully followed. The organization has called it a “breach of promise” and a “betrayal” of the youth.
Why is this new movement happening?
CJP had raised issues like NEET paper leak, alleged irregularities in the examination system and police action against protesters during the student-youth movement in Delhi in July. During that time, after talks with the government and some assurances, the movement was withdrawn.
But CJP alleges that even after the end of the movement, many important issues remain incomplete. The biggest controversy is regarding the FIRs which were registered against the students and protesters involved in the movement. The organization says that assurance was given to take them back, but till now no action has been taken in all the cases.
CJP alleges that the government is trying to buy time and people associated with the movement are still facing legal action. For this reason the organization has decided to demonstrate strength in Delhi again.
What are the main demands of CJP?
The most prominent issue in the new movement is to withdraw the FIR registered against the protesters and students. Along with this, CJP is also demanding justice for those who faced alleged police action and violence.

The three main demands of CJP include the resignation of the then Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan, NEET The issue of compensation to the families of candidates who committed suicide and the release of Sonam Wangchuk were also included in the cases related to paper leak.
Why did the matter heat up again after July 25?
The agitation was ended on 25 July after talks and assurances from the government. CJP claims that the decision to end the agitation was taken relying on the commitments of the government. Now the organization says that if those promises are not fulfilled then it will be a betrayal of the trust of the youth.
After reviewing these promises in the National Executive meeting held on August 24, it was decided to adopt the path of agitation again. CJP Has appealed to the students and youth to be ready for the next phase.
Victim families and youth will become the voice of the movement
According to reports, the proposed march on September 5 NEET The families of the victims associated with the case and those affected by the alleged police action will also be put forward. Through the march, an attempt will be made to put pressure on the government and Delhi Police to take action in the pending cases.
