The wanted accused Ambuj Bharatiya, son of Shankar Lal Bharatiya, resident of village Amarsapur, Sarainaiyat Commissionerate, Prayagraj, registered under M.O. No. 242/2026 Section 87 IPC, registered at Police Station Sarainayat of Ganganagar Zone, was handed over to the police station Sarainayat police team today on 23.08.2026, located at Nasirapur Ring Road under Police Station Sarainayat area. He was arrested near the underpass. Based on the statement of the victim related to the above case, advance legal action was taken as per the rules by omitting Section 87 IPC and adding Section 64(2)(m) IPC and 5(l)/6 POCSO Act.
It is noteworthy that on the basis of the complaint given by the arrested accused regarding luring the sister of plaintiff Sue and taking her away, FIR No. 242/26 was registered at Sarai Nayat police station.
