Tuesday was a memorable occasion for 46 youth of Sonbhadra district in the direction of connecting the youth with government service through a fair and transparent recruitment process. Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath organized the appointment letter distribution program to the newly selected Technical Assistant Group-'C' candidates in the Agriculture Department, the live telecast of which was seen and heard in the auditorium of the Deputy Agriculture Director, Sonbhadra office.
In a program organized at the district level under the chairmanship of Minister of State for Social Welfare Sanjeev Kumar Gond, appointment letters were given to 46 newly selected technical assistants. The joy of getting selection and appointment letters in government service after a long hard work was clearly visible on the faces of the newly selected candidates.
Minister of State Sanjeev Kumar Gond, while congratulating all the newly selected technical assistants on their appointment and wishing them a bright future, said that the appointment letter is not only a means of entry into government service, but is also the beginning of an important responsibility of public service. All the newly selected personnel should discharge their responsibilities with full dedication, honesty and sensitivity and play an active role in taking the agricultural welfare schemes and new technologies of the government to the farmers.
He said that the state government is providing employment opportunities to the youth through a fair and transparent system on the basis of their qualifications and talent. The arrival of new technical assistants in the Agriculture Department will help in speeding up the departmental work and providing the benefits of technical guidance and schemes to the farmers in a more effective manner.
The public representatives, officers and newly selected candidates present during the program watched and heard the live telecast of the Chief Minister's address. The newly selected personnel received the message to discharge their responsibilities in government service with transparency, devotion and spirit of public service.
Special enthusiasm about the program was seen among the newly selected technical assistants who received the appointment letters. With the new responsibility, he started his government service with the resolve to contribute in the field of agriculture and farmer welfare. On this occasion, District Development Officer, Deputy Agriculture Director, District Agriculture Officer, officers and employees of the Agriculture Department and newly selected technical assistants were present.
