Akanksha Chamola has reacted to Orry’s, whose real name is Orhan Awatramani, claims about her relationship with Gaurav Khanna.
The 35-year-old made a major personal revelation during the Lid Up Season 2 premiere, announcing her divorce from Gaurav Khanna.
The announcement left many fans shocked, as she revealed this is the first time she has publicly addressed their personal life.
Orry, who competed alongside Gaurav on Khatron Ke Khiladi 15defended him and accused Akanksha of using his name for attention.
In chat with Telly Masala, she remarked, “How can someone use another person’s popularity? No one can do that.”
“So that person needs to get out from that concept first. If someone is giving you attention then there is some credential there which belongs to you too,” she went on to explain. “There are so many celebrities and their wives, so many cases where they are going through a divorce. Even in Bigg Boss, so many family members have come, their babies have come. How many family members are famous?”
Continuing, “I am not saying that I am someone out of this world hence the attention, but I know that the attention and popularity I am receiving is because the audience is giving it to me. I am not asking for it. I need to know the science behind this, that how someone can use another person’s popularity.”
Her statement comes after Orry claimed he is ‘milking’ Gaurav’s fame for ‘her own views,’ in an Instagram comment.
“She is just blackening his good name and milking his fame for her own views no one knows who she is I dint even know he was married,” he said. “And we shared a vanity together for a month in Capetown during KKK filming.”
“This is complete shameless behavior to test and take advantage of a good man this girl is a real snake in the grass,” he added.
