Files get digital speed, e-office system fully implemented in Collectorate

The functioning of the Collectorate has now become digital, faster and more transparent. District Magistrate Charchal Gaur has completely implemented the e-office system in the Collectorate. Now the files will be processed through digital medium and information about their current status can be obtained with one click.

The District Magistrate said that for the last one week, he himself has been processing the files on the e-office through digital signature and till now more than 200 files have been processed on the e-office. The new system will facilitate effective monitoring of files, timely disposal and safekeeping of important documents.

The District Magistrate has appealed to all the heads of offices and departments of the district to ensure the dispatch of files and government letters through e-office only.

Additional District Magistrate V/R Vagish Kumar Shukla said that the sending of files and letters has started from various counters of the Collectorate through e-office. This will make tracking of files easier, work will speed up and the administrative system will become more transparent and effective.
