Piyush Goyal's visit to Japan gives new impetus to India-Japan economic cooperation!

Referring to the six-pillar strategy of the government, he said that priority is being given to areas like chip design, semiconductor machinery and materials, chip manufacturing, ATMP/OSAT, research and development and talent development.

During the visit, Goyal also met Japan's Minister of Economy, Trade and Industry, Akazawa Ryosei. In addition, he also held meetings with senior officials of Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC) and Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
