Material

For the dough: 1 cup maida or wheat flour, 1 teaspoon oil, salt as per taste and lukewarm water.

For stuffing: 200 grams paneer, 1 capsicum (cut into long pieces), 1 big onion (cut into strips), 1 tomato (seeded and cut lengthwise).

Spices and Sauces: 1/2 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 1/2 tsp chaat masala, 2 tsp curd, 1 tsp lemon juice, green chutney, mayonnaise or tomato ketchup and salt as per taste.

method of making

step 1: Mix flour, salt and oil in a vessel and knead a soft dough by adding water little by little. Cover it and keep it for 15 minutes.

Step 2: Now mix curd, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, red chilli, garam masala, chaat masala, lemon juice and salt in a bowl. Add cheese pieces in it and keep it for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Heat 1 teaspoon oil in pan. Add chopped capsicum and onion and fry on high flame for 2 minutes so that the crunch of the vegetables remains. Now add marinated paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 4: Make a ball of dough and roll it into a thin roti and apply some oil or ghee on the pan and cook it crispy on both the sides.

Step 5: First spread green chutney and mayonnaise on paratha or roti. Place the prepared cheese and vegetable stuffing in the middle. Add some chaat masala, chopped raw onion and tomato ketchup on top. Now roll it tightly and wrap it in butter paper or foil.
