Aether Energy has officially launched its new family scooter Aether in the Konark market. The new scooter is built on the company's new EL platform, featuring a metal body and a steel unibody chassis. The scooter has been priced at Rs 99,999 (ex-showroom) and offers customers a range of 100 km to 200 km on a single charge.

Aether has launched this new scooter in two main variants Konark S and Konark Z.
- Konark S 100 km: Rs 99,999 (Delivery: Q1 2027)
- Konark S 125 km: Rs 1,21,999 (Delivery: September 2026)
- Konark S 161 km: Rs 1,44,999 (Delivery: September 2026)

Battery and range
This scooter offers various battery pack options:
- S 100 km: 2.1 kWh battery (TrueRange: 80 km)
- S 125 km: 2.7 kWh battery (TrueRange: 100 km)
- S 161 km: 3.5 kWh battery (TrueRange: 130 km)
All models offer peak power of 4 kW to 4.7 kW and torque of 16 Nm. Also, the top speed of all these variants is 70 kmph.
Charging capacity
Each Konark S variant comes with an onboard charger of 450 W, through which it can be charged directly from a wall socket. Additionally, using the additional charging option increases the charging speed, reducing the home charging time to just 2 to 3 hours. Also, with the help of ether grid, a range of 13 to 15 km can be obtained in just 10 minutes.

Safety features
Aether Konark is equipped with many modern features:
- In Airwalk (AirWalk): The motor helps when pushing the scooter in parking or crowded places, which reduces the effort.
- Keyless entry and auto-lock: Facility to lock/unlock scooter keyless or via mobile.
- 31 liter boot space: Large underseat storage capacity for luggage.
- Other features include dual LED headlamps, reverse park assist, auto hold function, fall safe, Bluetooth connectivity and OTA updates.
Warranty and color options
The company is offering a standard vehicle warranty of 3 years or 30,000 km on this scooter. It can also be extended up to 5 years/60,000 km, while a warranty package of up to 10 years/1,00,000 km is available for the battery. The scooter will be available in attractive colors like Quartz White, Majestic Grey, Celestial Gold and Lumen Copper.
