PCR van will be active 24 hours

The government believes that the new system will help in speeding up police intervention in cases related to harassment or violence against women.

These women PCR vans were sent to Rajasthan 'Abhay Command Centre' and 'Dial 112' Will be connected to the system. With this, real time communication will be possible between the control room and the police team present in the field.
After receiving information about any incident, the control room will be able to quickly coordinate with the concerned PCR van, which will help in providing police assistance quickly to the required place.
Many modern facilities including GPS
All PCR vans are equipped with modern equipment. in these GPS Tracking System, Mobile Data Terminal (MDT), Folding Stretcher and LED Light Bar Such facilities are available.
With the help of GPS, information about the location of the vehicle will be available, while the mobile data terminal will be useful in sharing information between the police team and the control system.
1090 helpline will also be strengthened
The Chief Minister said that in the state women safety helpline 1090 is also being further strengthened. Along with this, new technology and resources are being used to increase the response capacity of law enforcement agencies.
