Strict action against negligence
Lucknow. 26 doctors have been dismissed from government health centers for neglecting patients and dereliction of duty. These doctors have been victims of action due to their persistent absenteeism and non-performance of their medical duties. Apart from this, instructions have also been given to take departmental action against nine other doctors.
On the orders of Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak, the Health Department reviewed the cases of doctors who were absent for a long time. This action was taken after the dismissal process was completed. Brajesh Pathak said that the primary responsibility of doctors in government hospitals is to provide timely and quality treatment to the patients. He warned that strict action would continue against those absent from duty. Officials have been instructed to regularly monitor the presence of doctors in hospitals and the treatment being provided to patients.
List of dismissed doctors
The dismissed doctors were posted in various districts, including Firozabad, Aligarh, Ghazipur, Hardoi, Mahoba, Bulandshahr, Lucknow, Balrampur, Mathura, Mirzapur, Jhansi, Bareilly, Gorakhpur, Saharanpur, Moradabad, Chandauli, Mainpuri, Mau, Sultanpur and Muzaffarnagar. Apart from this, action has also been taken against nine doctors posted in Etawah, Rampur, Meerut, Badaun, Bhadohi, Balrampur and Gautam Buddha Nagar.
The dismissed doctors include Dr. Swadesh Kumar of Firozabad, Dr. Virendra Singh of Aligarh, Dr. Swati Vishwakarma of Ghazipur, Dr. Brijesh Yadav of Hardoi, Dr. Ishan Dixit of Mahoba, Dr. Swati Anand of Bulandshahr, Dr. Manoj Kumar Chaurasia of Lucknow, and others.

Departmental action has been taken against nine doctors for disobeying the orders of higher officials and negligence in medical work. These include Dr. Srinivas Yadav of Etawah, Dr. Kek Chahal of Rampur, Dr. Sangeeta Chopra of Meerut, and others. The Deputy CM has instructed the Additional Chief Secretary Health to take action in this matter.
