Wedding day is very special for every girl. To look beautiful on this day, brides start taking care of their skin and health several months in advance. Along with facial and beauty treatments, if attention is also paid to diet and daily routine, it can help in keeping the skin healthy.
Celebrity nutritionist Shweta Shah, in a video shared on her Instagram, has advised to include two things in the routine before marriage. According to him, if you are getting married in November, then you can include these habits in your daily routine from now on.
Take one spoon of ghee with lukewarm water in the morning.
According to Shweta Shah, one spoon of ghee can be taken with lukewarm water in the morning. He says that it can help in supporting the body from within and keeping digestion better, the effect of which can also be seen on overall health and skin.
However, the quantity and method of consumption of ghee may be different for every person. Therefore, before including it in your diet, it is important to keep in mind your needs and health condition.
Soak raisins and saffron overnight
In the second prescription, the nutritionist has suggested taking raisins and saffron water. For this, soak 4 black raisins and 2 threads of saffron in about 100 ml water overnight.
Drink this water in the morning and chew the soaked raisins thoroughly. Soaked saffron threads can also be eaten.
Don't rely only on these tips
To keep the skin healthy and glowing before marriage, it is important to pay attention to the entire lifestyle instead of relying on just one home remedy. A balanced diet, adequate water, regular exercise and good sleep also play an important role.
Shweta Shah has also advised to start self-care before marriage, pay attention to diet and get adequate sleep of about 8 to 9 hours daily.
Note: The effect of glowing skin with ghee, raisins or saffron may be different from person to person. Keep your personal needs in mind before adopting any diet for a long period of time.
