The Big Bang Theory spin-off has found a new streaming home, with its second season arriving on HBO Max today. The third series in the franchise and a direct sequel to Young Sheldon originally aired on CBS and streamed on Paramount+.
Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage moves to HBO Max todaywith Season 2 beginning its streaming run on the platform. The shift comes just before the third season, which premieres on October 8, 2026. However, HBO Max will not become the show’s next-day streaming home for Season 3. The episodes will continue to stream on Paramount+ the day after their CBS premieres.

The second season follows the couple as they balance married life, parenthood, and changing professional lives in Medford, Texas. Georgie Cooper’s career takes another turn when he and Ruben purchase McAllister Auto and Tires and become co-owners.
Georgie must now balance running the business responsibly with being a good husband and young father to his daughter, CeeCee, whom he shares with Mandy McAllister. Meanwhile, Jim, Mandy’s father and the store’s former owner, has more free time after stepping away from the business.
The second season of the show has a strong 69% Popcornmeter score from fewer than 50 ratings on Rotten Tomatoes. Season 2 stars Montana Jordan as Georgie and Emily Osment as Mandy. They are joined by Rachel Bay Jones as Audrey McAllister, Will Sasso as Jim McAllister, Dougie Baldwin as Connor McAllister, and Jessie Prez as Ruben.
The creators and showrunners Chuck Lorre, Steven Molaro, and Steve Holland also serve as the executive producers on the show alongside Mark Cendrowski, Bill Prady, and Eddie Gorodetsky.
Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage Season 2 aired from October 16, 2025, through May 21, 2026. It features a total of 22 episodes.
