Ingredients required to make apple pie:
- Apple – 1 large
- Milk – 500 ml
- Ghee – 2 tbsp
- sugar
- Cashew nuts – 2 tbsp
- Almonds – 2 tbsp
- Makhana – 2 tbsp
method
1. Wash the apples well. Then peel and grate.
2. Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add grated apple to it. Add sugar according to taste and let it boil on low heat for about 5 minutes. Turn off the heat when the apples turn light golden in color. Then let it cool completely.
3. Put milk in another vessel and boil it well. Now boil the powdered cashew nuts, almonds and makhana in milk for a few minutes. Instead of grinding it to a fine powder, the taste is more open.
4. Makho Makho Korano When the mixture of apples and sugar is completely cooled, add it to the boiling milk. Do not pour it all in, as it may curdle the mixture. Once served, stir briskly by hand so that the mixture is properly mixed. Let it boil like this for 5 to 10 minutes on low flame.
5. Apples already have some sour taste. So if you mix apples directly in hot milk, there is a risk of curdling the milk. To avoid this problem, mix the cooked apple with milk only after it has cooled completely. The pies are ready when the batter becomes smooth, smells nice and all the ingredients are well mixed.

Once made, keep the pies in the fridge for a while. It is best served cold. While serving you can sprinkle almond slices on top. Crushed pistachios and dried rose petals can also be added if desired. Arrange thinly sliced apples on top. Once eaten, the taste of these pies will stick in your mouth forever.
