Sanjay Bhatia was born on 29 July 1967 in Panipat, Haryana. He studied at IB College, Panipat and obtained his bachelor's degree. Right from his student days, he was associated with BJP's student wing Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). It was from here that the foundation of his political journey was laid. In the initial phase, he handled small level responsibilities of the organization and gradually started making his place in the organizational structure of BJP.
Growing stature from ABVP to BJP organization
Sanjay Bhatia, after coming out of student politics, also played an active role in the youth organization of BJP. According to the available profile, he rose to important responsibilities in the BJP Yuva Morcha in the 1990s and later his role also increased in the organization of Haryana BJP. Between 2015 and 2021, he was the State General Secretary of Haryana BJP. During this period, he played an active role in many important works related to the organization. Election and record victory from Karnal in 2019
