Lucknow. There is big news for the people waiting to get their plot in the capital of UP. Varun Vihar and Naimish Nagar residential schemes of Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) are going to start from September 14. Both the schemes will be inaugurated by Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Along with this, the process of online registration for thousands of plots will also start.
Plots ranging from 72 to 450 square meters
Keeping in mind different income groups, plots ranging from 72 to 450 square meters have been kept in both the schemes. There will be 1,926 plots available in Varun Vihar and 1,084 plots in Naimish Nagar. The Varun Vihar scheme is being developed around the Agra Expressway, while the Naimish Nagar scheme is proposed in the Sitapur Road area.
What will be the price of the plot?
According to LDA, the rate of plots in Varun Vihar has been kept at Rs 2,800 per square feet and in Naimish Nagar at Rs 3,800 per square feet. Registration amount has also been fixed for different sized plots. Plots in Varun Vihar range from 112.5 sq m to 450 sq m. Whereas in Naimish Nagar, options ranging from 72 square meters to 450 square meters will be available.

Online process will be started for the plots of both the schemes. Interested people should carefully read the rules, eligibility, payment process and other conditions issued by LDA before applying. LDA is preparing to promote residential and commercial activities in new areas of Lucknow through these schemes. In such a situation, people planning to buy a plot will now keep an eye on these schemes which will start on September 14.
