Pakistan collapsed for 133 runs in the first innings

Root remained unbeaten on 62 runs and Cox remained unbeaten on 59 runs. With this victory, England defeated Pakistan in all three Test matches and captured the series 3-0.

Despite the clean sweep of the series, there was no major change in the position of England's World Test Championship points table. The team remains at sixth position with 38.54 percent marks.
