According to Tasnim, Iran has sent seven conditions to America through intermediaries for reopening the Strait of Hormuz. Therefore, the agreement between Iran and Oman does not mean that the Strait of Hormuz will be reopened. It was reported that the reopening of the strait depends entirely on the steps taken by Washington.
